Ice Climbing in Winnipeg with Eddie The Eagle!

Eddie the Eagle is in Winnipeg to run with the Olympic Flame and already he can’t keep his feet on the ground and is Ice Climbing! The British ski jumper who became famous during the 1988 Calgary Olympics met up with myself to tackle the only urban Ice Tower in Canada which is run by the CESB. The Ice Climbing tower is a challenge but how many chances do you get to go Ice climbing right downtown… only in Winnipeg! Eddie “the Eagle” Edwards conquered the ice tower and will run with the Olympic flame on Day 70 of the Olympic Torch Relay.
